In order to achieve products of a very high quality and high level of hygiene and safety, the company has implemented a Management System which incorporates HACCP.  HACCP as a self-control system requires the analysis of all production stages and places very high emphasis on preventative measures.  Therefore, a considerable level of control is shifted from the traditional method of controlling and testing the finished products, to earlier stages of the production process.

 

The water is microbiologically tested by reputable accredited laboratories, both at the source and at the finished product stage ensuring its quality complies with National legislation:
